Sleep is the foundation that supports everything else in our lives.
We’ll look at simple habits that help restore rest and energy.
Nourishment
Nourishment is about more than what we eat.
It’s also about how we care for ourselves and the rhythms that sustain us.
Movement
Movement helps us reconnect with our bodies and release stress.
We explore ways of moving that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
