Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for each other, it is appreciated that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please send notification via message in Practice Better, phone, or email.

• The first time you miss an appointment, a note is made in your file.

• All future missed appointments will incur a $50 fee.

All services are held virtually as we prioritize the safety of our co-creators, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That’s why we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing and self-isolation in the midst of COVID-19.

As you know, safety recommendations can and will likely change in accordance to the CDC and our state recommendations. You can count on us to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations by the state and federal government.

We encourage you to stay safe. This includes practicing safe social distancing. We are thinking about our tribe and look forward to seeing your smiling faces in the future when lockdown recommendations have been lifted.
