In 10 weeks, I’ll help you develop a mindfulness practice that helps you sleep, eat, and move healthfully.

You know you need to do more self-care but you don’t know where to start or where to find time. Every extra minute seems to be dedicated to work. When are you supposed to workout, color, or do any of those self-care activities you keep seeing on Instagram?
It might feel impossible, but THERE IS TIME. I’ll help you find it. Let’s take the first step in starting to take care of yourself, and get back to feeling healthy and whole - and happier in both your personal and professional life.

Start getting more sleep!! A solid sleep routine improves memory, problem-solving skills, emotional regulation / decreases depression, improves appetite regulation and lowers risk of weight gain.
Nourish yourself with foods that encourage proper digestion and nutrient absorption, promote ideal body weight and help you develop a healthy relationship with food.
Incorporate healthy movement to boost your brain health to reduce your risk of chronic disease.
Build a supportive Community to keep up your goals.

Hi, I'm Christina.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Professional Master’s in Biotechnology, a Certificate in Integrative Wellness Coaching, and a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
Born and raised in the Bay Area, California, I carry the roots of my father’s family from Longview, Texas, and my mother’s family from Igbaras, Iloilo, Philippines. My heritage, community, and love of food deeply shape my approach to wellness. Sharing meals with family and friends brings me the most joy—especially when sinigang, the tangy and comforting Filipino soup, is on the table.
I believe that wellness is possible at every stage of life—even when your plate feels full. I’ve been there, and it’s an honor and a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater clarity, vitality, and alignment.
There is wisdom in the body. When we offer care and attention to our breath, sensations, thoughts, and feelings, transformation becomes possible. Whether you're seeking more energy, peace of mind, fulfillment, or joy—your wellness journey begins with the simple act of tuning inward.
